Festivak Connect App

With over 350 exhibitors, Festivak is recognized as the largest event for the event industry in the Netherlands. Maximize your visit by networking efficiently, finding answers to your questions, and managing your time effectively. The Festivak Connect app is a free tool designed to provide you with the ultimate exhibition experience. Exhibitors, speakers, organizations, and visitors all use the app. It allows you to build a network, connect with exhibitors, and easily schedule meetings in advance. Additionally, the app serves as a guide where you can find the program and speaker information. This page lists all the app’s features. Compared to the previous edition, we have also added new features to make your exhibition visit even more effective.

Create your personal program

Through the app, you can view the full program. Select the sessions you’d like to attend and add them to your personal agenda. Please note: adding a session to your agenda does not guarantee a seat in the lecture hall, so be sure to arrive on time.

All exhibitors in one place

Festivak Connect offers a clear overview of all exhibitors. Use the filter function to find exhibitors relevant to you and access essential company information.

Swipe-2-Match

Networking is now more enjoyable and easier than ever with the new Swipe-2-Match feature in our app. Swipe left or right to connect with attendees who share similar interests. This feature helps you quickly find relevant connections.

Appointments

Visitors and exhibitors can easily schedule appointments through the app. Scheduled meetings take place at the Network Meeting Point. Prefer to meet somewhere else? We also offer a comfortable central exhibition terrace for quieter meetings, or you can schedule an appointment at a specific booth.

To ensure no one misses an appointment, the app automatically sends a reminder shortly before the scheduled time.

Social Wall

Before and during the event, the app features a Social Wall to encourage interaction and engagement. Contribute to the Social Wall by sharing photos, comments, and experiences before, during, and after the event.

During the event

With Festivak Connect, all information is right at your fingertips. Keep track of your personal agenda so you won’t miss a thing. Looking for a specific exhibitor? Easily find booth numbers through the app.

Practical information

1.5 weeks before Festivak, you will receive an email with login details. By filling in your information and interests ahead of time and checking who you match with, you can make your exhibition visit even more efficient.
