With the Portrait Booth, that same portrait is transformed into a unique AI-generated work of art. These days, artist coordination happens via email. A rider is attached, followed by three revisions, and on the day of the show, someone shows up at the backstage entrance who isn’t on any of the lists.

At Festivak, we’re launching Artist Advancing: requests, riders, transportation, hotels, and hospitality all in Eventication, linked to the accreditation of that same touring party. Whatever you agree on with the tour manager is immediately available where your production team needs it.

Fire safety services for the events industry

Van Deurzen Forklifts is presenting the Agrimac TE17 at Festivak: a 100% electric 4x4 rough-terrain forklift, designed and manufactured in Europe.

While diesel machines are traditionally often used for work on rough terrain, the TE17 demonstrates that this can also be done electrically. With four-wheel drive, 30 cm of ground clearance, a lifting capacity of 1,700 kg, and a lift height of up to 4 meters, it was developed for serious work on unpaved surfaces. For the festival industry, this offers new opportunities to make setup and teardown even more sustainable: no diesel consumption, no local CO₂ emissions or exhaust fumes during use, and significantly less noise.
