e-torch is a Belgian B2B SaaS platform built to close the gaps that point-of-sale systems leave behind. Where a POS tracks what gets sold, e-torch tracks what gets lost along the way — from warehouse to bar, runner to responsible, order to delivery.
The platform comprises three modules: F&B for real-time stock and restock management during events, Reusables for tracking cups, plates, and cutlery across their full lifecycle, and Tasks for on-site operational coordination.
Deployed at major Belgian festivals welcoming tens of thousands of visitors per day.
